Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unworn, unused, and in its original condition

Returned in the original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include clear photos or videos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
