Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience while your order is being carefully prepared.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
We are happy to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 7–14 business days
- International orders: 10–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, postal services, and local delivery conditions.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes required by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Amorem is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Amorem is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
